Projects Coordinator (Cumming, GA)
Responsibilities:
Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations for potential real estate
development projects.Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and
quality. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal
requirements. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are
completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with local authorities and
agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction
Management;
*M-F, 40 hrs./wk;
*May telecommute from anywhere in the Georgia;
*Visit various construction sites across Georgia to monitor ongoing projects once or
twice a week;
